July 2012 - Just wanted to say thanks for an awesome weekend in Austin! I am a soccer player and coach so I was a bit intimidated attending this clinic. It was a relief to learn that you were able to reach all levels of experience without prejudice and much of what you talked about actually transferred to my soccer world. This clinic was truly the best coaching clinic (including soccer) I've ever attended. After three long days with you guys, I actually felt energized and pumped up by all your positive energy instead of exhausted like I thought I would. I feel much more prepared to start our fall season and am looking forward to trying out all the new ideas. Thanks again!

November 2011 - Hi Guys! We won the DIII State Championship on Saturday. It was the 2nd straight year Frontier won the state title. I took the GMS clinic in the summer of 2006, and again this summer. Frontier lost 4 of it's top starting players from the championship team last year. This year we needed every edge we could get. The refresher I got at the clinic this year helped us change some of our training, and a lot of our thinking. I set up another net. We got a lot more out of practice and I think we probably got 50-100% more reps which helped us improve dramatically over the season. In the State Final, we played the same team we beat last year. Except they didn't graduate a single player from 2010. On paper, they had the advantage of running the same lineup for 2 years, compared to our new setter, new middle, new outside, new libero. We won in 5 sets. We were down 2-1, and down 21-17 and 23-22 in the 4th. When you add up all the scores, we scored 106, they scored 103. 3 points difference / 209 total points is only 1.4% better. We wouldn't have got that 1.4% without GMS, so I wanted to say thanks to Chris, Tom and Rodrigo.
